At Rishivan Yoga School, the skilled yogis and master guide you through the 200-hour Kundalini yoga teacher training course and offers you strong control over the hidden energy within you.

Have a look at seven chakras:

1. Muladhara

Muladhara – The foundational chakra or the cornerstone of the physical and spiritual existence of a human body is referred to as the Muladhara. This serves as the base, linking the three major qualities of a soul: Sattva (harmonious balance), Rajas (active qualities), and Tamas (lethargic quality).

2. Swadhistan

Swadhistan – Positioned just above the Muladhara, this Kundalini Chakra is considered to be the center of all procreative energy. It harmonizes with the sexual and reproductive energy center, facilitating the creation of life on Earth. It is also one of the more turbulent chakras in a human, leading to a heightened inclination towards sexual desires. .

3. Manipura

Manipura – The third Kundalini Chakra, Manipura, is recognized as the seat of power, located just below the navel region. This is the hub of personal identity and control over physiological and physical well-being, significantly influencing the flow of fire and energy in the human body.

4. Anahata

Anahata – Positioned at the center of the chest along the spine, this Kundalini controls human emotions. Awakening this chakra can evoke a profound sense of peace and internal happiness. The awakening phases of this chakra may take individuals on an emotional roller-coaster ride, experiencing various emotions that ultimately lead to pure bliss and peace.

5. Vishuddhi

Vishuddhi – Located in the cervical plexus behind the throat region, this is the Chakra of purity. Awakening this chakra can result in special abilities such as melodious voices, eloquent speech, and even singing prowess. Shabd or Nada Yoga is the practice to awaken this chakra, achievable through devotional music, chanting, and mantra repetition.

6. Ajnya (The Third Eye)

Ajna (The Third Eye) – This supreme Kundalini Chakra is recognized as the command center of the entire physical body. Positioned just above the eyebrows, exactly in the middle of both eyes, it is considered a powerhouse capable of offering visions, deep stillness, flashes of great light, and various other experiences.

7. Sahashrara (A Thousand Petals)

Sahasrara (A thousand petals) – This is the highest level of Kundalini, located in the middle of the skull at the top of the spinal cord. Characterized as a lotus with a thousand petals, this chakra signifies the supreme state of attainment in physical presence. Awakening this Kundalini can unleash tremendous powers, leading to a state of trance and offering the ultimate Samadhi state to a human.
